The HFW Health Blueprint

See what your Health Blueprint would focus on first.

The Health Blueprint is HFW's comprehensive baseline. We combine advanced epigenetic testing, gut testing and your health history, and an advanced care clinician turns it into one prioritized roadmap. Answer five short questions and watch a preview of that roadmap take shape.

Your answers set the priorities. The Blueprint still measures all nine systems, because what is driving how you feel is not always where you would think to look.

Based on your answers, not lab data. A real Blueprint measures all nine systems. Your answers only set where we would look first.

Inside your Blueprint

Three tests plus your story. One roadmap.

Your preview is built from answers. A real Health Blueprint is built from your biology, and it measures all nine systems whether or not you have symptoms there. For most people, it is the most complete picture of their health they have ever had.

Choose a test to see what it measures and what a sample report looks like.

Three clocks, three lenses on aging.

TruAge reads DNA methylation from a small blood sample. Think of your DNA as the wiring of a house, fixed at birth. Methylation is the set of dimmer switches on that wiring, turning genes up or down. As we age, those switches drift in recognizable patterns, and reading them shows how your biology is aging and where it is drifting first.

Instead of one number, TruAge reports three validated clocks. Each answers a different question.

  1. DunedinPACE · The speedometerHow fast are you aging right now?A pace of 1.0 means one year of biological aging per calendar year. Below 1.0 is slower, above is faster. Because it reflects recent months, it is the clock we watch most closely when a plan changes.
  2. SymphonyAge · The organ auditWhich systems are aging fastest?A separate biological age for each major organ system, such as liver, heart, brain and metabolic. It points your clinician toward the systems that deserve a closer look first.
  3. OMICmAge · The overall ageWhere do you stand overall?A single biological age estimate built from methylation patterns linked to proteins and metabolites in the body.
How HFW uses itAs a baseline alongside your history, labs and function. It helps set priorities, and retesting shows which direction things are moving.
What it does not doIt is not a diagnosis. Organ ages are directional signals, and a lower number does not guarantee a longer life.

Plus your intake: goals, symptoms, medications, supplements and lifestyle. The same result can mean different things for different people.

The deliverable

One roadmap, not a pile of PDFs.

Every test becomes one clinician-reviewed summary: a 9-system dashboard, the reasoning behind each priority, and the questions to cover at your visit. Below is an excerpt from an anonymized sample report.

Questions

About the Health Blueprint

Is the preview on this page my Health Blueprint?

No. The preview is an illustration built from your answers to show how HFW thinks about priorities. It is not a diagnosis, a test result or a treatment recommendation. Your real Blueprint is built from testing and reviewed by an advanced care clinician.

If I only care about one area, why test everything?

Because the body does not work in separate compartments. Gut health affects hormones and immunity, sleep and stress affect metabolism, and inflammation touches almost everything. The Blueprint measures all nine systems so your priorities come from the full picture, and it often surfaces something no one has looked at before.

Is conventional bloodwork included?

No. Conventional bloodwork is ordered and billed separately by the laboratory, and insurance may cover it depending on your plan. If you already have recent labs, bring them to your introductory call and we will help identify what may be missing.

What happens after my Blueprint presentation?

We discuss which next step makes sense for you. That may be the Longevity Membership, a functional medicine program, focused care, or simply a plan you carry out on your own. Follow-up care after the presentation is not part of the Blueprint itself.

Can I do this if I don't live in New Jersey?

Testing is generally available nationwide. The exact treatment service depends on your state, clinician authorization, laboratory rules, pharmacy requirements, and the therapy involved.

Start with clarity, not guesswork.

Schedule a complimentary introductory call with an HFW advanced care clinician. We will talk through your goals and whether a Health Blueprint is the right place to start. The call does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription or specific treatment.
