These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at hfwlongevity.com (the “Site”) and the services, content, testing, memberships, programs, and communications offered through it (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Heal From Within Longevity (“Heal From Within,” “HFW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
The Site and Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain Services may be further limited by your state of residence, clinician licensure, laboratory rules, and pharmacy requirements.
The Site does not provide medical advice. The content on the Site — including text, guides, testing descriptions, articles, and other materials — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not be relied upon as such.
Using the Site, reading our content, booking a consultation, or submitting information through the Site does not by itself create a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is formed only after you complete our intake process, are accepted as a patient, and engage a clinician through our established care channels.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on the Site. HFW is designed to work alongside your primary and specialist care, not to replace it.
The Site does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
HFW is a clinician-led functional medicine and longevity practice offering advanced diagnostic testing, telehealth consultations, membership programs, and clinically supervised therapies. Our Services are delivered primarily by telehealth to patients across the United States, with in-office care available where clinically appropriate.
All clinical decisions — including whether any test, medication, peptide, hormone therapy, or other treatment is appropriate for you — are made by a licensed clinician based on your individual evaluation. No specific test, therapy, prescription, or outcome is guaranteed. Requesting a particular therapy begins a clinical evaluation; it is not an order, and any therapy may be declined, modified, or discontinued in the clinician’s professional judgment. Every continuation decision requires clinician review.
We make no promise to prevent, treat, cure, or reverse any disease or condition, to reverse aging, to lower your biological age, or to produce any particular weight, performance, or health result. Individual results vary.
Consultations are conducted virtually. By scheduling and attending a telehealth visit, you consent to receiving care through remote means and understand its inherent limitations. Advanced testing may involve at-home collection kits or local laboratory appointments; test results are interpreted by a clinician in the context of your history and goals. Testing and its results are provided as part of your care and are not a diagnosis of any specific disease unless a clinician tells you otherwise.
Some Services require an account or access to a patient portal. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
HFW is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance for consultations, membership, programs, or therapies. Prices for testing, memberships, programs, and therapies are as stated at the time of purchase and may change. Conventional bloodwork, medications, peptides, and hormone therapy are purchased separately and may be subject to their own charges from laboratories or pharmacies.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. HSA and FSA funds are generally accepted where applicable, with eligibility determined by your specific plan. Full card details are handled by our third-party payment processors and are not stored by us.
Membership and certain programs are offered on a subscription basis and may include an initial minimum commitment (for example, a 12-month initial term) and recurring charges. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method in accordance with the specific membership or program agreement presented to you at the time of purchase. The applicable pricing, term, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in that agreement and in any documents you sign at enrollment, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Please review those terms before enrolling.
Statements on the Site, including testimonials and reviews, reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or any particular result. Testimonials are not compensated unless otherwise stated and do not constitute medical advice or a representation about the outcome of your care.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, guides, and the “Heal From Within” name and branding — are owned by HFW or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

If you submit content to us — such as a review, testimonial, message, or other material — you grant HFW a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Services and marketing, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Do not submit sensitive medical details through public or unsecured areas of the Site.
The Site relies on and links to third-party services, including scheduling tools, maps, laboratories, pharmacies, payment processors, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. This section does not limit the professional standard of care owed to you by a clinician in the course of an established treatment relationship, which is governed by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal From Within and its owners, clinicians, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heal From Within and its owners, clinicians, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to venue and jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable healthcare or consumer-protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
