Peptides and bioregulators
- Is peptide therapy evidence-based?
What the published research and FDA’s 2026 evaluation actually show, why “peptide” tells you nothing on its own, and seven questions that reveal the quality of a peptide plan. - Are peptides safe?
What determines whether a peptide is appropriate for a given person, who should not use peptide therapy, what screening and monitoring should happen, and the red flags that a provider is not doing this safely.
How these guides are written
Each guide answers a specific question directly, states what the evidence supports and what it does not, and names the clinician who reviewed it. Where a therapy is not FDA-approved for the use being discussed, the guide says so. HFW does not publish dosing, cycle length, or titration information, because those decisions are individual and belong with a clinician who has evaluated you.
