Most patients never do. Consultations and results reviews are by video, your blood is drawn at a lab near you, and your test kits ship to your home. We make decisions from your results, so the visit is rarely the thing that changes your plan. In-person visits are available by appointment when there is a reason for one.

HFW is a cash-pay practice. We can provide documentation for HSA and FSA use, and some lab work may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
Longevity Membership members are re-tested every quarter. Outside the membership it depends on what we are treating and what the first results show. Either way, adjustments to your plan follow new data rather than a calendar.
Generally, yes. The clinician who reviews your first results is the one you meet with at follow-ups, which is part of why re-testing is useful: the same person is comparing this quarter’s numbers to last quarter’s.
Yes. Anyone in the New York and New Jersey area works with us the same way a Hillsdale patient does. The labs are national and the visits are mostly by video.
