Finance, Operations, and Program Development
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, HFW Longevity. Nonclinical role.
Scott Davis co-founded HFW to help build a more proactive and personalized model of care, and he runs the side of it that patients are not supposed to notice.
He is a Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of experience advising business owners and closely held companies, and is certified in clinical peptide therapy through Peptide University. At HFW he oversees finance, operations, strategic planning, pricing, and program governance, along with technology, patient experience, laboratory relationships, and product sourcing standards.
In practice that means the testing, the consultations, the patient support, and the long-term monitoring behave like one system rather than five things that happen to share a name.
How Scott thinks: a practice’s incentives eventually show up in the patient experience. Build the business so that doing right by the patient is also the most sustainable way to run it.
Scott’s role is entirely nonclinical. He does not treat patients, diagnose, provide medical advice, interpret testing, or take part in clinical decisions.
