Medical Peptide Therapy, Tailored to You

Clinician-supervised bioregulator protocols
Guided by biological age and organ-system data
Organ-specific cellular support when clinically appropriate
Structured pulse strategies, not random stacking
Quarterly labs + ongoing optimization
No DIY sourcing. No shortcuts. No guesswork.

You’ve heard about peptides.
You’ve heard about longevity.
But is your cellular foundation ready?

There is a reason advanced therapies do not work the same for everyone. Peptides may amplify signals. Bioregulators help support the system receiving those signals. That distinction matters.

This may be you if...

You want longevity support, but you do not want to guess.

You are not looking for another anti-aging trend. You are looking for a strategy.

This may be you if

  • You feel like you are aging faster than you should, or your energy, recovery, sleep, or resilience has changed.
  • You want to know which organ systems appear to need support, not a generic anti-aging stack.
  • You are curious about peptides or bioregulators but want to build the foundation first.
  • You already use supplements and want a more targeted, measured strategy.
  • You want clinical oversight before any advanced therapy.
  • You care about long-term healthspan, not short-term symptom relief.

You want longevity support, and you do not want to guess.

Reading the evidence honestly

What are bioregulators?

Bioregulators are short peptide products, usually taken orally, associated with particular organs or systems and used to support cellular resilience rather than to stimulate it. The research is promising and still early, which is why HFW positions them carefully: no promises of age reversal, cancer prevention, organ regeneration, or a longer life. Organ-specific is a proposed framework, not an established clinical mechanism, and HFW does not claim a guaranteed organ-specific result.

Commercially, HFW treats current oral bioregulator products like retail supplements, not prescription therapies. If one is considered at all, your clinician explains the objective, the limitations, how it fits the broader plan, and when it will be reassessed. The foundations of sleep, nutrition, training, metabolic health, and appropriate correction come first.

How HFW uses them

Selected, sequenced, tracked, and adjusted

Bioregulators are not meant to be stacked forever or used blindly. Any use is individual, defined by objective, and reassessed.

1Clinical fit review.Does this fit your history, symptoms, labs, goals, and current foundation?

A free telehealth call with an advanced care clinician to review where you are, what you have already tried, and whether bioregulator support belongs in your plan at all. Often the more useful first step is testing, or correcting something more basic.

2Measure first.TruAge and TruHealth show where the body appears stressed or under-supported.

Biological age, pace of aging, and organ-system data may help guide where support should be focused, alongside bloodwork for inflammation, nutrients, hormones, and metabolic and safety markers. See the testing →

3Foundations first.Broader cellular resilience before targeted optimization.

Sleep, nutrition, training, metabolic health, gut function, and nutrient status are addressed first or alongside. Many patients begin with broader resilience work before anything more targeted is considered.

4A defined objective, then a reassessment point. One small element inside a broader plan.

If a bioregulator is selected, it is chosen for a specific objective, sequenced with the rest of your plan, and given a point at which labs, symptoms, tolerance, and progress decide whether it continues, changes, pauses, or stops. HFW does not publish protocols, cycles, or product lists, because there is no universal schedule.

5Ongoing review.Retest, review, adjust.

Members repeat TruHealth roughly every quarter with a scheduled clinician review, so the plan follows your results rather than a product menu. See membership →

What we evaluate first

Your cellular strategy should match your biology

Most bioregulator plans never look at these. When clinically relevant, HFW does.

  • Biological age
  • Organ-system health
  • Mitochondrial function
  • Immune function
  • Inflammation
  • Circadian rhythm
  • Gut function
  • Nutrient status

Hormone patterns, vascular health, and metabolic health are part of the picture too. Cellular support works best when energy production and inflammation are understood.

Peptides versus bioregulators

Related, and not the same.

Peptides and bioregulators are different tools. Therapeutic peptides are signal amplifiers: they support specific biological signaling pathways and are used strategically, based on testing and goals, for recovery, metabolism, tissue repair, mitochondrial function, immune signaling, and gut repair. Bioregulators are cellular and organ-supportive regulators, generally shorter, typically taken orally, and discussed in terms of organ or tissue association rather than a single defined mechanism. Their evidence base is considerably less developed.

HFW's philosophy for both: build a more resilient system before pushing performance, and amplify the right signal at the right time. Neither is required for longevity care, and neither replaces foundational work.

What it costs

Retail products. Clinician-guided use.

Bioregulators are retail products, priced individually and purchased separately. They are not included in the Longevity Membership or the Functional Medicine Corrective Program, and they do not receive the 15% member discount that applies to eligible peptide protocol packages, TRT, and HRT.

What is worth paying for first is the measurement that decides whether they belong in your plan: TruHealth is $450, TruAge is $500, and TruAge with TruHealth is $750, each including a 60 to 90 minute clinician review of your results. Longevity Membership members pay less on most testing (see member pricing →). Nothing about a bioregulator is decided from a website.

Longevity Membership

Make it part of a full year.

Bioregulators are optional. The measured plan around them is the point. Membership is for people ready to make a commitment to healthy aging, or to longer-term corrective care and health optimization: the testing, the clinician, and the coaching around your plan all year, retesting each quarter and adjusting as the results change. Not every plan has to be a membership; testing and focused care visits stand on their own.

Frequently Asked Questions

Bioregulators are an emerging class of short peptide products associated with particular organs or systems. Some research is promising, but the evidence is not strong enough to promise age reversal, cancer prevention, organ regeneration, or a longer life. HFW treats current oral bioregulator products commercially like retail supplements.

They are generally shorter, are typically taken orally rather than injected, and are commonly discussed in terms of organ or tissue association rather than a single defined mechanism. Commercially, HFW treats current oral bioregulator products like retail supplements rather than as prescription therapies. The evidence base is different too, and it is considerably less developed than for the better-studied therapeutic peptides.

It refers to the theory that a given short peptide is associated with a particular tissue or system. It is a proposed framework, not an established clinical mechanism, and it should not be read as a promise of an organ-specific effect. HFW does not claim a guaranteed organ-specific result.

No. There is no product that reverses aging, and HFW does not make that claim. Bioregulators may be considered as one small optional element inside a broader plan with a defined objective and a reassessment point, but they are not an anti-aging solution.

No. HFW does not claim that bioregulators regenerate organs, prevent cancer, extend lifespan, repair DNA, or restore telomeres in a way that proves better health. Any source telling you otherwise is going beyond what the evidence supports.

There is a body of research associated with this class, much of it older and much of it from a specific research lineage, and it needs to be read with careful attention to study design, size, and endpoint. Some of it is genuinely interesting. None of it supports the marketing claims commonly made online. HFW’s position is that the evidence is not strong enough to promise a clinical outcome.

HFW treats current oral bioregulator products commercially like retail supplements, and supplements are not FDA approved as drugs. As with any product, appropriateness depends on the individual, their history, and their other medications. HFW does not claim any product is without risk or is appropriate for everyone.

No. If a bioregulator is considered at all, HFW explains the objective, the limitations, how it fits the broader plan, and when it will be reassessed. It is a small optional element, never a foundation, and the foundations of sleep, nutrition, training, metabolic health, and appropriate correction come first.

No. Retail bioregulators are not included in membership and do not receive the 15% member or Functional Medicine Corrective Program discount. Members and program patients pay regular retail pricing for supplements outside the periods expressly included in their programs.

No. There is no universal rotation schedule, and HFW does not publish protocols, cycles, or product lists. Any use is individual, defined by objective, and reassessed.
