Anthony Reyes

Accountability and Habit Coach

HFW Longevity. Nonclinical role.

Anthony Reyes is HFW’s accountability and habit coach, with more than two decades of experience as a trainer.

Knowing what to do and doing it are different problems. Most plans do not fail because the testing was wrong. They fail in the ordinary weeks between visits, when the protein target slips, the training stops, and sleep goes sideways. Anthony works in those weeks.

He helps patients build consistent habits around nutrition, exercise, sleep, and whatever else their clinician has made a priority, with regular check-ins so progress does not depend on motivation alone. The plan stays attached to real life rather than an ideal one.

Areas of work

  • Accountability coaching
  • Habit building around nutrition, exercise, and sleep
  • Regular check-ins between clinician visits
  • Supported implementation of the clinical plan

Anthony’s role is nonclinical. He does not diagnose, interpret testing, prescribe, select therapies, change doses, or manage side effects. Clinical questions go back to your HFW advanced care clinician.
