Everything published in the HFW Learn section is reviewed by a clinician before it goes live. This page explains who does that review and what the review covers.
How HFW reviews published education
Guides are drafted from HFW’s internal clinical and operational documentation, then reviewed by an HFW advanced care clinician before publication. The reviewer checks that clinical statements are accurate, that risks and uncertainty are described honestly, that nothing reads as individualized medical advice, and that the piece does not promise an outcome.
Every article carries the name of the clinician who reviewed it and the date of that review. Where evidence is early or a therapy is not FDA-approved for the use being discussed, the article says so rather than leaving it out.
Published education is general information. It is not a substitute for an individual clinical evaluation, and it does not establish a clinician-patient relationship.
