Longevity and Functional Medicine

Co-Founder, HFW Longevity

Eric Landi co-founded HFW Longevity and leads the practice’s functional medicine, advanced testing, and longevity work.

He brought a formal functional medicine framework into HFW in 2020, and the testing-first model the practice runs on today is largely his. He reviews bloodwork and specialty testing, reads the patterns against a patient’s history and goals, and decides what to correct first and what can wait. The sequence matters more than the list, and getting the sequence right is most of the job.

He is KICP-certified through the Kalish Institute and certified in advanced peptide and bioregulator therapy through Peptide University, with more than a decade of clinical experience.

How Dr. Landi thinks: the better the data, the more precise the strategy.
